PLG series Plate Dryer Machine is a kind of high efficiency conducting and continuous drying equipment. The main advantages are as follows:
1. Material mechanical conveying, continuous production, adjustable processing capacity. It avoids heavy loading and unloading and manual turnover, with light labor intensity, good working conditions and convenient management.
2. The drying efficiency is high. Generally, the total heat transfer coefficient can reach 240 ~ 544kj / (M2 · h ·℃), and the average evaporation intensity is about 7 ~ 25kg / (M2 · h)
3. Vertical installation, perfect thermal insulation, high utilization rate of heat source and waste heat. Only 1.1 ~ 1.4kg steam is required for evaporation per kilogram of water. In addition, the power required is only about one of the rotary cylinder dryer, which is economical and feasible.
4. Small floor area, compact structure, simple equipment installation, indoor and outdoor can be used locally.
5. The exhaust speed of tail gas or steam is low and the dust flying is less, which can meet the requirements of the three wastes emission standard and improve the working environment. It is especially suitable for the processing of fine powder materials without attaching dust removal equipment.
6. The number of heating discs and spindle speed are adjustable, and the residence time of materials in the dryer can be selected from to according to the process requirements.
7. The temperature of each layer of material tray is controllable to reach the specified temperature distribution. Dry and cold can be used together to obtain dry products with uniform quality and low mechanical stress.
8. The equipment components are standardized and universal, assembled according to the requirements of working conditions, and have strong adaptability.
9. If properly combined with other equipment, solvents and dry paste materials can also be recovered. It can also be used in the thermal processing of various products such as roasting and sublimation.
