HG rotary kiln dryer is a cylinder with a slightly inclined main body and adjustable speed within a certain range. Wet materials are fed into the cylinder by the feeder. Under the turning of the plate copying device uniformly distributed in the inner cylinder, the materials are evenly distributed and dispersed in the dryer and fully contacted with the hot air (parallel or counter current) passing through the cylinder, which speeds up the heat and mass transfer of drying. So as to achieve the purpose of drying.

Work Principle
After the wet material is put into the dryer from one end, the plate copying device with uniform distribution in the inner cylinder turns over, the material is evenly distributed and dispersed in the dryer, and fully contacts with the parallel flow (countercurrent) hot air, which speeds up the drying heat transfer and transfers to the driving force. In the process of drying, the material can move to the star discharge valve of the other section of the dryer to discharge the finished product under the action of the inclined plate and hot air flow.
