Pay close attention to the speed of the atomizer, as it directly affects the size and distribution uniformity of the mist droplets, which in turn affects the drying rate and finished product particle size. Regularly observe the discharge situation and adjust operating parameters in a timely manner to maintain stable production status.
Safety has always been of paramount importance. Due to the involvement of high-temperature gases and high-speed rotating components, operators must wear protective equipment such as insulated gloves, goggles, etc. It is strictly prohibited to open the maintenance door or reach into the interior while the equipment is running. If there are abnormal sounds or increased vibrations, the machine should be stopped immediately to troubleshoot.
Daily maintenance cannot be ignored. Clean the nozzle, collector, and other components promptly after each use to avoid material blockage that may affect the next use. Regularly inspect and replace vulnerable parts such as bearings and seals to ensure long-term stable operation of the equipment.
