What is the DSH Conical double screw mixer
DSH series Conical double screw mixer is a new type, high efficiency and high precision mixing equipment, which is widely used for mixing various powder materials in pharmaceutical, chemical, feed and other industries. The self rotation of the machine is completed by a set of motor and cycloid pin wheel reducer. The two screw asymmetric mixing is adopted to make the material mixing range large, the mixing speed fast, the contrast weight difference, and the material mixing with large mixing ratio is more suitable.
The compound motion of the material in the cone is caused by the rotation and rotation of the screw
1. The spiral revolves along the wall to make the material move in a circle along the conical wall;
2. The spiral rotation makes the material spiral up from the bottom of the cone;
3. A part of the material in the spiral cylinder is absorbed by the combined movement of the screw and rotation, and a part of the material in the spiral cylinder is radially discharged to the cone by the centrifugal force of the screw rotation;
4. The rising material is lowered by its own gravity. Four kinds of motion produce convection, shear and diffusion in the mixer, so as to achieve the purpose of rapid and uniform mixing.
