Work Principle

The working principle of the spray dryer is the drying medium air filtered through the primary and medium efficiency air filters. The dryer is then suck ed by the blower according to the operation instructions and heated by the heater, and then enters the spray drying main tower through the hot air distributor of the high efficiency filter. According to the operation instructions, the liquid material passes through the peristaltic pump, enters the high-speed rotating centrifugal nozzle, and is dispersed into small droplets under the action of centrifugal force. In the spray drying main tower, small droplets are fully contacted with the hot air, and after being heat exchanged along their specific paths, they are dried into products, then separated by cyclone separator, solid materials are collected, and the gas medium is filtered and then discharged. The whole spray system is easy to clean and has no dead angle, which is in line with GMP requirements.

Spray Dryer MAIN FEATURE

*The drying speed is fast, and the surface area of the material liquid is greatly increased after atomization. In the hot air flow, 95% - 98% water can be evaporated instantly, and the drying time is only 5-35 seconds. It is especially suitable for the drying of heat sensitive materials.

*As the drying is completed in hot air, the product is basically spherical similar to the droplet, with good dispersion, fluidity and solubility. Simple and stable operation, convenient adjustment and control, easy to realize automatic operation.

*The production process is simplified, suitable for continuous control of the production of 40% - 90% moisture content of liquid, one-time drying into powder, reducing crushing screening and other processes. The operation environment is superior, and the dust flying in the drying process can be avoided.

*The raw material liquid can be solution, mud, emulsion, suspension, paste or melt.
