Work Principle
HR Series is kind of Double Stages Piston Pusher Centrifuge with high efficiency full automatic and continuous filtering centrifuge.
The main motor drives the inner and outer baskets to rotate at the full speed, feed the material through the feed pipe into and distributed on the screen wall of the internal basket . Under the centrifugal force, the liquid is discharged out of the basket through filter screen, then move out of the machine through the liquid discharge pipe, while the solid deposits in the basket as a ring layer of cake,the internal basket is axial reciprocating under the action of the piston push rod when the basket works at high speed,and the solid cakes pushed into the external basket by the rod is continuously dehydrate, finally move out from other discharge pipe.
