What is the G TYPE SCREW PUMP

G series single screw pump is a new type of pump which works according to the principle of rotary meshing displacement type. The main working parts are eccentric screw (rotor) and fixed bushing (stator).

The transmission can be directly driven by coupling, or by speed regulating motor, V-belt, gearbox and other devices.This kind of pump has the advantages of few parts, compact structure, small volume and easy maintenance. The rotor and stator are vulnerable parts of the pump, with simple structure and easy assembly and disassembly.

Main Feature

Due to the special geometry of the two parts, separate sealed cavities are formed. The medium flows uniformly from the axial direction. The internal flow velocity is low, the volume remains unchanged, and the pressure is stable, so there is no vortex and agitation. The output pressure of each stage pump is 0.6MPa, the head is 60m (clear water), and it is suitable for conveying medium temperature below 80 ℃ (special requirements can reach 150 ℃).

Because the stator is made of a variety of elastic materials, this kind of pump is not competent for the transportation of high viscosity fluid and medium containing hard suspended particles or fiber medium. The flow is proportional to the speed.

Precautions for use of G-type single screw pump

1. The running direction of single screw pump must be determined before use, and it is not allowed to reverse.

2. It is forbidden to run the single screw pump without medium, so as to avoid damaging the stator.

3. If the single screw pump is newly installed or shut down for several days, it can not be started immediately. It should first inject proper amount of oil into the G-type single screw pump, and then move the pipe clamp plate for several turns before starting.

4. After the single screw pump transports the medium with high viscosity or containing particles and corrosivity, it should be washed with water or solution to prevent blocking and avoid difficulty in starting next time.

5. The single screw pump should line up to accumulate liquid in winter to prevent frost crack.

6. During the use of single screw pump, lubricating oil should be added into the bearing box regularly. If there is seepage at the shaft end, the oil seal should be handled or replaced in time.

7. In case of any abnormality during the operation of single screw pump, stop the pump immediately to check the cause and remove the fault.
